Mandy adopts a strengths-based, collaborative approach to help clients move through feelings of anxiety, stuckness, or simply just feeling flat.
In her work, she looks at how past and present relationships have shaped a person’s sense of self — and whether the connections they keep are expanding their world or quietly shrinking it. Old ways of coping that once made sense can be named, and feelings, memories, and meanings can surface at a pace that is not rushed.
Through this work clients can start to name and gently deepen their emotional experience to help find relief from difficulties like anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship struggles, trauma, and PTSD.
By doing so, they can interrupt long-held patterns and clarify what they would like to move towards and away from to generate lasting change.
